The handle is invalid

Problem - Your code cannot write to the event log (possibly windows 2008 server 64 bit)

Exception Details: System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception: The handle is invalid

Cause - the user you are trying to write to event log doesnt have enough privilage 

Solution-

1. Have the "Manage auditing and Security log" user right  

2. SeAuditPrivilege - local system and network service by default have that only
